New: ILP 2016 has decided to provide student financial support towards accommodation costs at the Warren House. This will cover half of the cost of 2 nights bed & breakfast accommodation (4th and 5th of September) at the Warren House, and will be given to students who have or intend to register and attend the conference.

The Warren House conference venue features 46 bedrooms, all individually styled, with en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, safety deposit box, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Leisure facilities are also on site, including fully equipped gymnasium and swimming pool. The bed and breakfast cost, including VAT, are as specified below. Please note that only 46 bedrooms are on site. So, the sooner you book the greater the chance you have to reserve a bedroom at Warren House.

The price includes full English breakfast, served until 9am. You may check-in from 3pm onwards at the Warren House on Saturday 3rd September 2016. If the front door is not open when you arrive, please ring the front doorbell on your right. There is always either a duty manager or night supervisor on site at all times. Check-out from the bedrooms is by 10:00am on Tuesday 6th September 2016. Luggage storage facilities are available.

Due to the limited number of bedrooms available at Warren House, there is a list of hotels in the area that are within 10-15 minutes distance (by car) from the Warren House.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before the 15th of August 2016 will be charged a 65% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the 15th of August will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. Substitutions of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to the financial chair, Dalal Alrajeh, by email.
